Returns - SBK Imports

1. Overview

SBK Imports (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies motorcycle brake pads and other related products. This policy sets out how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing them from the packaging.

2. Eligibility For Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged and include all original packaging and accessories.
Brake pads cannot be accepted once removed from their clear plastic packaging for safety reasons.

3. Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised by SBK Imports before being sent back. Once authorised, you will receive instructions for repackaging and shipping. To enquire about a return, refer to the contact details below with the following information:

Your name and contact details.
Order number and date of purchase.
The reason for return.

4. Costs and Refunds

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. item supplied does not match item ordered or product defect).
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned items are inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions.
Items not returned in their original condition (unused and undamaged), or with damaged or missing packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee determined by SBK Imports.
