SBK Imports (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses Australia Post for all shipping services within Australia. This policy outlines available shipping options, estimated delivery times, weight limits, tracking procedures, and responsibilities once goods have been dispatched.

2. Delivery Options

2.1 Delivery Types

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

2.2 Heavy or Oversized Orders

  • If your order exceeds 20 kg or requires special packaging, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the adjusted shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe.

All delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, weather, or peak seasonal periods.

3. Dispatch Times

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments include a tracking number provided by Australia Post.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • After dispatch, queries regarding delivery status or delays should be directed to Australia Post, quoting your tracking number.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery by Australia Post to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels where incorrect delivery details were provided.

6. International Shipping

At this time, SBK Imports does not ship internationally. Orders are accepted and shipped within Australia only.
